How can I apply or sign up to be a vendor?

If you are considering signing up to be a vendor then submitting a resume is required.  To do this please scan/upload and email it to maintenance@propertymanagementoh.com and in the subject line please use Resume For Potential Vendor.  This is the most efficient and preferred method.  

You can also fax the resume to 440-324-7284 (please use a cover page that reads - Resume For Potential Vendor) or send it by mail to 43215 Cooper Foster Park Road Suite 1 Lorain, Ohio 44053 and mark on the envelope Resume For Potential Vendor.  Dropping off resumes in person is not suggested.  Any questions please call 440-324-5275 and press one for maintenance.

Once received, you will be contacted if your resume has been approved as possible selected vendor and an interview will be scheduled from there.  Be sure your contact information is on your resume as we will not reach out to you if it is missing.
