How long can I hold a unit?

Our policy is to hold the rental property off the market for up to two weeks after having received the premises hold fee. If you need longer than that you need to make sure that you got that approved through the office. The office will have to get approval from the owner. If you need to wait longer than that before moving in you may have to start paying rent or you may have to simply pay more fee. As long as you sign the lease, pay the balance and move-in the premises hold fee will be applied towards the balance due both deposit and first months rent.  When you schedule lease signing make sure that you give yourself enough time to get all the required documents and get the utilities in your name.To schedule to drop off the money to hold your property please call 440 – 324 – 5275.
