What if tenant is not there for my appointment?

While unfortunate, it is part of working in this field.  Prior to traveling to a job we recommend calling the tenant prior to going to the appointment to ensure they are home and also as a courtesy to let them know you are on your way.  Typically that is all it takes to be able to gain entry.  If they still miss the appointment please call the office at 440-324-5275 and let us know so that we can try to reach them and/or reschedule with them.  We do not pay for no shows so please keep that in mind.
